On the next page, you will be asked to provide some basic personal information, including your name, date of birth and mobile phone number. Your best bet is to contact Yahoo Help through Facebook at Facebook.com/YahooCustomerCare/ or to ask a question on the Yahoo Help Forum here:https://forums.yahoo.net/t5/Password-and-sign-in/. However, you may not be able to getback in to your account without th automated sign-in helper. If you don’t have access to your recovery email or phone, you can’t recover.
