To apply your 20% Nordstrom employee discount when shopping on Nordstrom.com, you need a Nordstrom credit card to use your discount online.You then need to apply the promo code ‘Employee’.

One workaround for this is to simply purchase a gift card in store for the amount and apply your 20% discount when buying the gift card. Make sure that it is your name on the debit card used. Then you can use the gift card with discount on orders online.

Nordstrom in-store purchases can be in cash with an employee shopping pass for the discount to be applied.
