  • To: Supervisor of Hannah, a member of Loyalty and Retention Department.

On or about September 23 we contacted the loyalty and retention phone number of ATT and were very fortunate to get Hannah who was very knowledgeable and patient while guiding us step-by-step in setting up the changes to our U-Verse and smartphone systems. Hannah, in our mind, has to be one of your best customer service representatives and we hope she is given the recognition she deserves.

Please send us an email regarding this in the near future.

    Thank you.

  • Over the last past year my internet/landline have been having technical problem and same issue happening every 3-4 months. I would have to call get an appointment for someone to come out. My services has been interrupted consistently. I would call customer service then I would have to wait at least 5 days to resume my services. My compliant is its the same thing each time its the underground cables is old. Now I’m w/o my ADT alarm system in the meantime. I explain to customer services that using data is not the issue I know I can use my data but not having my home security down for 5 days is the issue. Waiting for someone to come out for the same thing SUCKS.

  • I can recommend contacting ATT on their Twitter help handle, unless you want to be on hold forever..
