Verizon operates are variety of customer support phone lines, for a variety of services.

You can contact Verizon Wireless customer service from your mobile handset by calling *611.

Verizon’s main customer service phone number is: 1-800-VERIZON (1-800-837-4966) and customers who call that number will then be re-directed to the right department if necessary.

Another working phone number for Verizon customer support calls is: 1-888-553-1555.  When calling this number, press ‘0’ at the prompts and you will be put through to a live customer service representative.

The Verizon Wireless customer phone number is: 1-800-922-0204, This number is used for Wireless inquiries, but expect long wait times of 20 to 30 minutes.

The Verizon Bill Pay phone number is: 1-800-345-6563 (charges apply).

The Verizon FIOS phone number is: 1-888-659-5265. This number is for new customers, or for when moving or renewing a service. For technical support, outages or FIOS Bill Pay, call: 1-800-VERIZON.

  • What is with this Verizon phone, my phone was out all most all day yesterday and it is out again. I live in Ashley by myself. I am a senior citizen and if I would have an emergency, I could not call for help.

  • Phone (Nokia V 2v) will not allow me to make any calls;
    it just shuts off and dies for a numerous minutes and the same results.
    I’ve restart a couple of times and nothing.

  • Totally disappointed with Verizon Customer service. Have had this fone since 2010, used it until I got a new fone and gave it to my mother for emergencies. Not used that much- but used at least once a month to prevent the non-use charge of $4. Starting in 2010 started getting bogus inbound calls taking money off my balance. Called several times complaining about this. 9-8-20 spoke with Christy-she was going to restrict the fone from inbound texts and waiver the $4 mo charge of non-use. Had a balance of 8.70. As of 8-1 was emailed that I was de-enrolled. Called Cust.Service agent Jym, he stated I was de-enrolled because of non-use and had NO BALANCE. He could’nt tell me where the balance went. UNACCEPTABLE!!

  • Hello my name is Diane Serna we have been happy customers till today my husband went to Mexico for a emergency sad to say lost service completely can’t use GPS on phone and stayed lost for a minute and then couldn’t call out no service I tried all day to get someone from Verizon to help no luck I was told someone would call me back it is 11:12pm and still no call back. We are very disappointed with Verizon and their service actually no service customer service is not a priority. This would never happen with ATT not sure why we left them but at this point we will be going back at least they answer their phone. I will be telling all my friends about service at Verizon if you have Verizon and are traveling out of the states make sure you have a phone service that will follow you very upset not sure what will happen tomorrow

  • Worst experience of my life! Between the failed promises of having a replacement phone sent out, the multiple promised call back’s that didn’t happen, the time on hold with customer service and tech reps only to be cut off when they transfer me so I have to call back in and remain on hold another 30 minutes and reexplain the issues it was an absolute nightmare. I probably spent over 6 hours on the phone.
    Then to top this off I had a tech coach tell me that I can check my voice messages online but my account wanted to verify me repletely by sending a text message with verification code to my cell phone that was not working.

  • I have been trying to get in touch with Verizon wireless for almost 2 weeks now can’t get through . My identity has been stolen . Someone was aloud to open an account with Verizon in my name that in itself is theft in my eyes by Verizon for letting someone open it without proper ID. This is the account#0573668682-0xxxx . Call this number and listen to the threating voicemail on it (480)459-xxxx I want this account closed. I have contacted the attorney general lodged a formal complaint . Verizon close the account.
